Ariana Grande's One Love Manchester concert had nearly 50,000 united in song as they left the show -- all except one guy ... who left in handcuffs.Law enforcement sources tell TMZ out of the massive crowd at the Old Trafford cricket ground, police made just the one arrest. We're told the bloke was busted for drunk and disorderly conduct.The sole perp was arrested in the middle of audience after he started to get disruptive. Cops hauled him away before anything got out of hand. The fact it didn't -- in such a large crowd -- shows the mood in Manchester was all about compassion.
In this case ... one bad apple did NOT spoil the whole bunch.

Keshia Knight Pulliam Defends Decision To Support Bill Cosby In Court
Keshia Knight Pulliam is defending her decision to accompany her television dad, Bill Cosby, to his court appearance on Monday, Cosby, 79, has been charged with felony aggravated indecent assault stemming from a decade-old claim from hsi former mentee, Andrea Constand. He pled not guilty.
In an interview with ABC News, Knight Pulliam said she came to court with Cosby because "it's what you do." "It was really important for me to show my support to Mr. Cosby," the 38-year-old new mom said. "At the end of the day, it’s the jury’s job to discern the truth... The man that I've known as a child was funny and witty and smart and philanthropic and full of advice. I can only go based on who I've experienced, and at the end of the day, it's the court's job to find the truth of the matter."
Cosby thanked Knight Pulliam on Twitter for her support, saying, "Thank you to Cliff and Claire's 4 year old daughter (Rudy) and the Brilliant Spelman Alumnus.
On Tuesday, Constand—who worked in the Temple basketball program at the time of the alleged assault—testified. "I thought I was having a bad reaction," she said, reports USA Today. "My legs were getting rubbery... I don’t really remember passing out.”
The trial will continue this week with more cross examination.
